Carolyn Zaroff Plein Air Landscapes - Still Life Flowers “My feelings about nature tumble out in bold color. I enjoy finding the unexpected in nature and I am drawn to contrast between simple forms and complex layers. I look for structure under the surface, but at the same time want to capture shadow and light, the play of fog on water, the voluptuous color of a hillside or the abstract beauty of the city.
I never tire of the wonders of the landscape right here at home and continue to be enraptured by the universe of color I see around me.
